Selected calm-room commissions across Geneva. Each project reflects local light, building era, and how the household uses quiet time — not a repeated template.
Rhône-facing sitting alcove
A third-floor apartment with a narrow bay toward the river received a low bench, sheer linen screen, and wall-mounted reading lamp. Oak floor was left exposed; we added a flat-weave rug to absorb tram rumble from Quai Gustave-Ador.
Package fee CHF 2,850 plus furniture at trade cost.
Garden-side meditation corner
Tall casement windows open onto a shared courtyard. We specified fade-resistant cotton, a pivoting floor screen, and a dimmable pendant that clears the door swing in a 2.45 m ceiling room.
Full room styling at CHF 6,400 including installation day.
Attic reading nook under slope
Dormer geometry left only 1.8 m headroom at the centre. Custom cushion depth and a wall-hung shelf kept the floor clear for a single armchair aligned to northern light.
Consultation CHF 320; styling package CHF 3,100 for textile-heavy scope.
Lake glare living zone
West-facing glazing needed layered sheers and a matte lime plaster sample on one accent wall. Seating faces inward so Léman brightness sits behind the sitter, not in the eyes.
Extended room fee CHF 9,750 with quarterly retainer thereafter.
