We do not sell personal data. Payment details are handled by our bank and card processor; we retain invoices only as required for accounting.

How we use your data

Data supports consultation scheduling, design documentation, invoicing, and follow-up after installation. With written consent, we may reference your project anonymously in portfolio conversations.

Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interest in operating our studio, and consent where you opt in to marketing email.

Storage and retention

Project files are kept on encrypted studio laptops and a Swiss-hosted backup for seven years after final invoice to meet tax obligations. Cookie preference stored under localStorage key gentleunion_gva_bands_v1 remains on your device until cleared.
